Ciara closed out Super Bowl weekend in Daly City in lace-up Christian Louboutin boots, arriving with her husband Russell Wilson at Sports Illustrated’s SI The Party at Cow Palace Arena & Event Center on Sunday night.
She wore the brand’s black Pavlova Booty Alta, a crepe satin platform boot with a structured, box-toe front and a slim, 160mm stiletto heel. Tonal laces ran from the vamp to the top of the shaft, while vertical seaming at the sides followed the corset-inspired structure that defines the Pavlova line. Louboutin’s signature red outsole finished the silhouette, which retails for $2,195.

The “Goodies” singer kept the rest of her look in the same palette, opting for an off-the-shoulder black top with long sleeves and a coordinating, choker-like detail at the neck. She paired the top with a ruffled miniskirt with layered lace and scalloped edging that hit well above the knee.

Her husband matched the all-black theme in a bomber jacket, T-shirt and slim trousers. He wore Nike’s Air Max 90 x Off-White sneakers in black, featuring the signature contrast white Swoosh, exposed stitching, Helvetica-style branding on the upper and “SHOELACES” printed on the laces — signature details from Virgil Abloh’s collaboration with Nike that began with “The Ten.”

Ciara’s recent footwear rotation has run from steep stilettos to classic sneakers, with most appearances built around a standout pair. She opened January on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” in Christian Louboutin’s Condora pumps, a slanted-heel pointed-toe style that has spawned multiple iterations since the original Condora 100 sold out online. In late 2025, she chose black patent Tom Ford ankle-tie pumps for Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater’s opening-night gala and Gianvito Rossi plexi metal cap-toe slingback pumps for the MTV Video Music Awards, teamed with a red Schiaparelli spring 2025 dress.

Sneakers have stayed in the mix. For “New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” on Jan. 1, Ciara performed in an all-white look finished with Nike Air Force 1 high-tops. Back in August 2025, she laced Triple Red Air VaporMax Plus sneakers for the New York launch of her album “Cici,” with her children in complementary Nike styles, and appeared in pink Converse on “The Greg Street Show,” alongside additional runs in Saint Laurent sandals, pink sherpa Azalea Wang boots, platform R13 lace-up boots and slouchy black knee-high boots for the TikTok Awards.
