Christina Aguilera Dazzles in D&G Dress at Breakthrough Prize 2025

Christina Aguilera made an ethereal arrival in Dolce & Gabbana at Saturday’s Breakthrough Prize 2025 ceremony in Los Angeles. 

Aguilera, who posed on the red carpet alongside her partner Matthew Rutler, wore the brand’s spring 2024 white chiffon dress with a plunging neckline, semi-sheer cape sleeves and corset details. The singer accessorized with David Yurman earrings and a diamond necklace.

Her blond hair was styled in a half-up, half-down look with curls cascading down her shoulder. Aguilera’s makeup included dark red lips and dramatic eyes.

Aguilera often collaborates with Chris Horan on her looks. The duo has partnered on several projects over the past few years, including her Las Vegas residency and other collaborations. He has dressed her in looks from Dolce & Gabbana, Acne Studios, Diesel, Celine and Marine Serre, among others.

In March, Aguilera attended a private dinner hosted by H&M to celebrate Horan’s work. She wore a sheer jumpsuit featuring abstract tie-dye patterns in shades of black and beige and bold cutouts.

Horan is also known for working with Charli XCX, Barbie Ferreira and Shania Twain. The stylist has also collaborated with major brands such as Nike, Levi’s and Saint Laurent.

Aguilera joined OpenAI president Greg Brockman as one of the presenters at the 11th annual Breakthrough Prize ceremony, often called the “Oscars of Science.” This star-studded gala celebrates the groundbreaking achievements of the world’s leading scientists and mathematicians, with over $15 million in prizes awarded annually. Each prize, valued at $3 million, is presented in the fields of Life Sciences, Fundamental Physics and Mathematics. The list of celebrity guests included Drew Barrymore, Jessica Chastain, Lily Collins, Lizzo, Gwyneth Paltrow, Zoe Saldaña, Lauren Sanchez and more.
