Christie Brinkley and her daughter Sailor Brinkley Cook opted for mother-daughter preppy style inspiration in black and white polka dots and a cable-knit sweater for the 2025 U.S. Open on Wednesday in New York City’s Flushing Meadows.
For the tennis tournament’s mixed doubles final between champions Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori of Italy and the team of Iga Świątek of Poland and Casper Ruud of Norway, both Brinkley and her 27-year-old daughter went the preppy route with some nods to tennis core.

Brinkley wore a pair of white short-shorts with an oversize jacket, a nod to historic tennis whites worn at such prestigious tournaments as The Championships, Wimbledon. Beneath her jacket, Brinkley wore a cable-knit sweater in cream with a V-neckline and contrasting black and electric blue tones.
The longtime model paired her look with pointed-toe heels and carried a black bag. Brinkley’s daughter also went for the preppy aesthetic, wearing a black and white polka dot romper with short sleeves and a loose bodice.
In photos posted to Brinkley’s Instagram account, one image featured Brinkley Cook with a cream and red sweater wrapped around her shoulders. Both Brinkley and Brinkley Cook’s preppy pieces married the sporty event with elevated casual attire.

Prior to their appearance at the 2025 U.S. Open, the mother-daughter models attended the Solving Kids Cancer annual luncheon in the Hamptons on Aug. 4. At the event, the duo wore complementary looks in shades of soft orange from Donna Karan’s Urban Zen line.
The 2025 U.S. Open officially begins Sunday and concludes on Sept. 8. Men’s singles champion Jannik Sinner of Italy and women’s singles champion Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus return to defend their titles, along with American tennis stars Coco Gauff, Ben Shelton, Frances Tiafoe, Taylor Fritz, Madison Keys and more competing.
