Charlize Theron embraced designer denim at the 2024 Baby2Baby Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday. The actress selected a plunging Schiaparelli gown featuring a dark wash corset, which came from the label’s spring 2025 collection. Theron paired her draped halter neck frock with gold statement earrings and matching metallic heels.
The “Fast X” star currently works with stylist Leslie Fremar, who also counts Simone Biles and Nicola Peltz Beckham as clients.
Theron wore her platinum blond tresses straightened, while her makeup consisted of rosy blush and mauve lip liner.
Other stars in attendance at the 2024 Baby2Baby Gala included Ciara, Heidi Klum and Paris Hilton. The annual soirée supports the eponymous nonprofit, which provides resources to children living in poverty.
Theron received the Giving Tree Award at the gala, presented to a public figure “who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to improving the lives of children in need.” The actress has her own charitable organization, the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project, that supports young people’s access to healthcare and education in the continent.
In September, Theron also favored denim at a special screening of her latest project, “Into the Fire: The Lost Daughter” in Los Angeles. She serves as a producer on the two-part Netflix documentary, out now.
Theron selected a coordinating Alexander McQueen ensemble, which consisted of a button-up denim shirt and skinny jeans, both featuring a damask print. Theron completed her look with peep-toe heels, hoop earrings and a bold red lip.
This spring, Theron was named Dior’s jewelry and skin care ambassador. She was previously the face of the brand’s J’adore fragrance.
“It’s exciting to start this chapter in a longstanding partnership with Dior. Over the past 20 years, it’s been an honor to collaborate creatively with the house as the face of J’adore,” Theron said in a statement.
