Chargers-Raiders DFS picks: Best plays for Week 2 Monday Night Football

Week 2 of the 2025 NFL season is wrapping up and the second game of tonight’s Monday Night Football doubleheader will feature the Los Angeles Chargers visiting the Las Vegas Raiders at 10 p.m. ET. L.A. enters as a 3.5-point road favorite, with an over/under of 46.5. The winner of this showdown will claim sole possession of first place in the AFC West.

Below we will take a look at the best DFS plays for this Monday night showdown.

Geno Smith, QB, Raiders ($7,300)

The 34-year-old veteran had a strong debut for the Raiders last week, going 24-34 for 362 yards with a touchdown and an interception in their 20-13 victory over the Patriots. What was notable was him being just one of three QB’s to go over 300 yards during the week and he had the second-highest yards per attempt at 10.6. There is a lot of upside for Smith in DFS with him making big throws in Chip Kelly’s offense and I’d definitely consider him as my QB for tonight.

Keenan Allen, WR, Chargers ($6,500)

In his first game back with the Chargers, the veteran hauled in seven of his targets for 68 yards and a touchdown in their 27-21 victory over the Chiefs in Brazil. Even with Quentin Johnston going off with two touchdowns in the game, Allen still commanded a team-high 10 targets in the game and his chemistry with Justin Herbert will continue to make him a strong DFS asset moving forward.

Omarion Hampton, RB, Chargers ($6,400)

Hampton’s numbers in his NFL debut weren’t eye popping, but he still got plenty of touches with 15 carries for 48 yards on the ground and two receptions for 13 yards through the air. He was on the field for a majority of the game as veteran Najee Harris logged just 12 snaps total. That’s a good sign for the rookie’s usage moving forward and there’s a good shot at him recording his first career touchdown tonight.

Michael Mayer, TE, Raiders ($5,600)

Second-year tight end Brock Bowers went off for the Raiders in their opener before sustaining a knee injury and carries a questionable designation into tonight’s contest. Whether or not he suits up, he won’t be 100% and that opens the door for his backup Mayer to get plenty of run. Mayer himself hauled in four targets for 38 yards in Vegas’ victory over New England last Sunday and has the capability of having a big night if he has to fill the gap in place of Bowers tonight.

Tre Tucker, WR, Raiders ($5,400)

Tucker made the most of his limited targets in Week 1, catching two of three passes for 54 yards and the Raiders’ lone passing touchdown of the afternoon. Amari Cooper’s sudden retirement before the season opened the door for him to be Vegas’ WR2 and the team could have itself a nice 1-2 combo going between him and Jakobi Meyers. I’d definitely consider him for a spot in DFS.

Tyler Conklin, TE, Chargers ($4,700)

Conklin split time with Will Dissly last week and made the most of his limited looks, catching two passes for 50 yards in the victory. He’ll have to fight for receptions in an offense loaded with pass-catching options, but he can can still carve out a big role for himself. Look out for him as a potential red-zone threat, where he caught three touchdowns with the Jets last season.
