Diaz walked the red carpet wearing a subdued take on quiet luxury. The Avaline cofounder wore an elongated black ensemble with an oversized jacket draped over her shoulders.
Diaz and Westman have known each other for nearly 30 years, though they both have different recollections of when they met. The makeup artist recently told WWD that they met on the set of 1999’s “Being John Malkovich” and the actress has previously said they met at a magazine photoshoot ahead of the release of her 1998 film “There’s Something About Mary.” Since then, the pair have collaborated on numerous red carpet looks and magazine spreads, and Diaz has been a loyal advocate for the makeup artist’s makeup brand, Westman Atelier, which she launched in 2018.
