Colman Domingo is taking on a new role, this time as Boucheron’s latest Friend of the Maison.
A two-time Academy Award nominee and multihyphenate, Domingo’s career spans film, television and stage, earning him critical acclaim for his powerful and multifaceted performances.
“I am delighted to welcome Colman Domingo as a friend of our maison,” Boucheron’s creative director Claire Choisne said. “His innovative, modern artistic style resonates with the spirit of freedom and boldness that has always defined us. He embodies a fresh, unique elegance, in perfect harmony with our vision.”
Outside of the stage and screen, Domingo has lit up the red carpet and street style, setting the bar high for men’s fashion with sartorial ideas that play with heritage, prints and whimsical themes — each punctuated with intentional jewelry.
At the 82nd Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles, Domingo leaned into Boucheron pieces that became conversation moments on the red carpet: a Fuzzy Leopard Cat stud earring — possibly a personal choice as he and his husband, Raúl Domingo, call each other “the cat” — paired with stacked Quatre collection ear cuffs or as co-chair of the 2025 Met Gala, where he wore several Boucheron high jewelry show stoppers. His jewelry choices move beyond decoration — they are layered, joyful and playful, used as expressions rather than mere accessories.
“I’m incredibly proud to join Boucheron as a Friend of the Maison,” Domingo said in a statement. “ It has always stood at the cutting edge of style and innovation, crafting pieces that are as modern as they are timeless, redefining what elegance looks like today. I see a reflection of my own journey in this maison: fearless in expression, rooted in tradition, yet always moving forward.”
The Place Vendôme brand’s first American friend of the house, Domingo has already been featured in a campaign short film with Boucheron costarring brand ambassador Charlotte Le Bon.

Domingo has a range of projects slated for 2026, including in April when he’ll return for season three of the HBO hit “Euphoria.”
In his new role for the French brand, he joins a roster that includes brand ambassadors such as Daisy Edgar-Jones and South Korean actress Han So-Hee, as well as Pierre Niney and Charlotte Le Bon as friends of the house.
