Beyoncé Teases 2025 Cowboy Carter Tour

Beyoncé has announced that she will tour behind Cowboy Carter this year, confirming rumors that began with a teaser announcement—eventually delayed due to the Los Angeles wildfires—last month. No dates or cities have yet been announced; only a photo and brief graphic accompany the news. The announcement comes on the day of the Grammys ceremony, where Beyoncé is competing for her first-ever Album of the Year win.

The forthcoming run will be just the seventh headlining tour of Beyoncé’s career. It follows 2023’s massive Renaissance World Tour, which included 56 stops and guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar and Megan Thee Stallion, grossing a whopping $592 million. Then Beyoncé rolled it all up into a movie that topped the U.S. box office and snuck a new song, “My House,” into the end credits. Fans didn’t have to wait as long for a follow-up tour today as they did back then—that Renaissance outing was her first headlining tour in seven years.

Beyoncé shared a since-deleted teaser of today’s announcement immediately after her Christmas Day halftime show, amid the Houston Texans and Baltimore Ravens’ game at NRG Stadium. In a clip shared on her social channels, she waved the Stars and Stripes in a cowboy hat while sitting astride a horse, in a spin on her Cowboy Carter getups. Since that record’s release last March, Beyoncé got involved in the Kamala Harris ill-fated election campaign, shared a Baywatch-themed get-out-the-vote video, and received a bunch of nominations for next month’s Grammy Awards.
