Angela Bassett modeled a unique set of platform sandals at Stephane Rolland’s fall 2025 couture show in Paris on Tuesday, which she attended alongside her husband, Courtney B. Vance, and their two children.

The “Zero Day” actress adopted the clear heels trend with a distinctive spin. Her shoes featured a dark satin diamond shape contrasted by transparent material on either side of the vamp, with chocolate satin trim extending into crisscrossing straps. This led to a strap encircling the ankle, which was embellished by a bedazzled buckle. The shoes boasted a moderate platform, which aligned with the pointed toe.

No stranger to platforms, Bassett recently wore a hefty metallic gold pair from Le Silla in May to accent a pink suit for an appearance on “The View” amid her promotion of “Mission: Impossible — The Final Reckoning.”
On this more recent occasion, Bassett’s shoes matched a long, loose dress in a deep brown hue. The silhouette featured an asymmetric design, with a singular, draped sleeve on one side and layered fabric leading down to a flowy, handkerchief hemline. A statement bracelet showcasing a dark oval stone with sparkling jewel trim accented her dress and shoes.

The fashion show was a family affair. Bassett was well-coordinated with husband Courtney B. Vance, who showcased an off-white suit accented by brown brogue dress shoes, a brown polka dot pocket square and a fedora with brown trim. Bronwyn Golden Vance, meanwhile, wore a dark, coral-hued dress with an asymmetric draped top and a floor-length, column skirt; Slater Josiah Vance modeled shiny black dress shoes, black trousers, and a distressed white top with lace accents.
