As usual, the last day of Paris Fashion Week was one of the starriest yet, courtesy of Louis Vuitton. This season’s show was attended by Zendaya, Cate Blanchett, Alicia Vikander, Lisa, Jennifer Connelly, Este Haim, Danielle Haim, Alana Haim, Da’Vine Joy Randolph, Stacy Martin, Chloë Grace Moretz, Ryan Destiny, Shay Mitchell, Noémie Merlant, Cynthia Erivo, Bae Doona, Ava DuVernay, Yoichi Doi and Jaden Smith.
For the occasion, longtime Nicolas Ghesquière fan and friend Vikander opted for a sheer long skirt, black briefs, a gray top with exaggerated shoulders and black boots. She worked with her stylist Victoria Sekrier, hairstylist George Northwood and makeup artist Kelly Cornwell.
“I love working with Kelly and George, we’ve been working together for so many years,” Vikander shared. For the Louis Vuitton show, “George and I decided to go with ‘wet look’ hair for this, which I love.” Makeup wise, “Kelly and I love an extra bit of highlighter,” Vikander said. “I feel so grateful to have such a brilliant team around me.”
The clothes have been in her mind since seeing them walk down the runway. “I loved wearing this look. Victoria and I saw it in a previous show, and I was really excited to wear it,” she said.
Once the look was on, it was time for the customary last touch-up before heading out.
“I’m always excited to see Nicolas’ new collection,” she said.
