Adidas Adimule Slides ‘Cow Print’ Release Date KI0407

Adidas’ cork-cushioned Adimule slides debuted last summer and have since been released in a number of suede, stripe and pattern-adorned styles. But this year, the brand will give the slip-on its most eye-catching appearance yet as it dips into animal print.

Lined up for a July launch is the Adidas Adimule in a black-and-white faux fur cow print. Like the brand’s other popular animal-print footwear seen on models such as the Samba and Superstar, the upcoming Adimule features a faux pony hair construction that’s been covered in a spotted cow print. The brand’s trefoil logo is embroidered in gold at the forefoot, but the mule is otherwise blank in terms of outward branding. The trefoil symbol appears again on the cork insole, an element of the shoe which has unsurprisingly resulted in Birkenstock comparisons.

Adidas describes the Adimule as a casual shoe for minimalists, although this upcoming cow print look may stray from the intended demographic. It pairs a leather upper with the aforementioned cork midsole and a rubber outsole and has thus far only been offered in women’s sizing. A previous iteration of the shoe, the Adimule Lea, was released in 2024 and offered in men’s sizes, but has since been discontinued.

The Adimule has largely been a success for Adidas, selling out in numerous styles and receiving favorable reviews from consumers. On the brand’s U.S. e-commerce store, the Adimule has a near-perfect 4.7 star rating with shoppers praising the shoe’s comfort.

Other recent Adidas news of note includes the Herzogenaurach, Germany-based company’s signing of recording artist Peso Pluma as a new brand partner. 

The Adidas Adimule Slides in Cow Print will be released this summer from adidas.com and select Adidas Originals retailers for $100. The style code for the upcoming colorway is KI0407.
