The singer paid homage to the British flag with her ensemble, pairing her Union Jack minidress with boots also bearing the Union Jack, or Union Flag, which is known as the flag of the U.K. The flag overlays three crosses, each associated with the patron saints of England, Scotland and Ireland. The boots featured bright shades of red, blue and white.
The thigh-high boots hugged the singer’s legs and were designed with a round toe and a tall block heel, measuring around four inches. Hilton wore white fishnet stockings beneath the boots. Her minidress featured the British flag on the bodice and a crystal-embellished turtleneck with a long-sleeve design.

Hilton credited fashion designer Bryan Hearns for the look and Swarovski for the crystal-embellished details on her outfit, which were also featured on her boots. The shoes were credited to the Los Angeles shoe repair company Shoeber.
While the company is mainly known for its expertise in shoe repair, its team also creates custom footwear and costumes for TV shows, concerts, awards shows, movies, commercials and more. The brand has worked with stars like Bebe Rexha, Megan Thee Stallion, Christina Aguilera, Camila Cabello and more.
