Bella Hadid Wears Archival Elie Saab to Chopard’s Miracle Gala

Bella Hadid went back into Elie Saab‘s archives for her look at Chopard‘s The Miracle Gala event on Monday night during the 2026 Cannes Film Festival in La Cannet, France.

The longtime model turned to the Labenese designer’s fall 2004 collection, which included the gold gown Hadid wore for Monday night’s event. The sleeveless dress featured a bevy of beadwork on the straps and bodice.

Shimmering from the plunging neckline to below the hips, and then transitioning to a sequin-embellished, fringe-inspired detail, the skirt of the dress incorporated soft, chiffon fabric in a muted gold tone with a short train and ruffled hem that trailed Hadid as she walked the arrival carpet.

Hadid, who serves as a Chopard brand ambassador, accessorized with diamond rings, earrings and a shimmering statement necklace. When it came to glam, Hadid turned to hair stylist Jacob Schwartz, who coiffed the model’s blond hair into a side part and soft curls. Artist Nadia Tayeh gave Hadid’s visage a glowing look to complement her dress. Stylist Mimi Cuttrell curated the model’s attire.

The 2026 Cannes Film Festival marks 10 years since Hadid made her first foray on the historic red carpet. Over the years, Hadid’s worn designs from Saint Laurent, Versace and Roberto Cavalli for her Cannes appearances. She returned to the red carpet on Monday in a design courtesy of Prada.

Hadid previously worked with stylist Law Roach for her 2022 Cannes appearance, collaborating on looks that catered more toward archival attire. “We talked about that and I think she wanted to feel different from last year,” Roach told WWD in May 2022.

“I think she solidified herself as the queen of Cannes last season in the Schiaparelli and the Gaultier and I think she wanted to be a little bit more subtle this time around. The clothes speak for themselves, right?”

Chopard’s annual Cannes Film Festival gala featured a bevy of stars from Bella Hadid to Demi Moore, among others. The event celebrates the jewelry label’s annual red carpet collection.
