Evereve, the Edina, Minn.-based women’s fashion retailer with more than 110 stores across the U.S., has named Tammy Redpath chief marketing officer and Jocelyn Miller chief people officer.
Redpath succeeds Tom Nowak as CMO, and the role of chief people officer is new.
“As we continue to grow Evereve and reach more women across the country, bringing in leaders like Tammy and Jocelyn is incredibly meaningful for this next chapter,” said Megan Tamte, cofounder and co-chief executive officer of Evereve. “They each bring a deep understanding of retail at scale, but more importantly, a shared belief in building authentic connection — with our customers and within our teams. Their leadership will help us expand our reach while staying true to what has always made Evereve special.”
Redpath was most recently CEO of InsideEdge Commercial Interior Services, and earlier spent 31 years at Target Corp., rising to senior vice president, marketing. Other roles included president of Target in India, and senior vice president, Target creative and marketing operations.
As CMO of Evereve, she will lead marketing strategy and growth, strengthening brand awareness and relevance while shaping the end-to-end customer experience across channels.
“I am honored to join Evereve as chief marketing officer in this next phase of growth. Evereve has built a meaningful connection with women, and I’m excited to build on that, expanding our reach and growing a sisterhood of women who feel seen, styled and fully alive,” said Redpath.
Miller also joins Evereve from Target, where she grew her career from human resources manager to senior director, global human resources, owned brands, during her 19-year tenure.
At Evereve, she will lead the retailer’s people strategy, championing team culture and supporting the brand’s commitment to exceptional in-person shopping experiences nationwide.
Miller said, “This brand has a rare and authentic soul, and I look forward to leading a people strategy that fosters growth, celebrates our team, and preserves the unique sense of community that Megan and Mike have built.” Megan Tamte and her husband, Mike Tamte, founded Evereve in 2004.
These appointments follow the launch of Evereve’s first brand campaign, which rolled out nationwide last month across CTV, digital, social and online video, as reported. At the center of the campaign is the question, “Ever Wonder?” — a reflection of the internal dialogue many women experience while shopping or getting dressed. It was developed in partnership with Yard NYC.
Evereve carries more than 150 apparel and accessories brands, alongside its own private label. The company generates $400 million in sales and is one of the fastest-growing retailers in the U.S.
