Earlier in the year, word leaked of a new series of Nike Air Force 1 Lows incorporating the rose and cherry blossom. As their release is still awaited, another entry for the collection has surfaced with a third choice in flowers.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Blue Bell” incorporates its namesake flower cleverly into the midsole branding, as the printed blossom appears next to a green raised “Air” mark and striping to reimagine it as a stem. The flower is also incorporated into the tongue tag, while the upper portion of the laces matches in its violet shade. Mustache branding and the insole make use of the same shade, while the rest of the sneaker gets the classic “Triple White” series.
Each of the floral sneakers leaked thus far utilizes the same colorblocking, deviating only in the flower itself and its respective color. And with spring now underway, the assortment should arrive soon — and possibly with yet more variants.
A good deal of other tweaks to the Air Force 1 Low are in store for spring and summer, including pony hair with cow prints, a vibrant trio of patent leather colorways harkening back to the aughts and at least one pair with sand injected into its Swoosh. Less overtly seasonally and slated to arrive this week is a denim variant made with Ja Morant with its panels pressed into shape rather than being stitched together.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low “Blue Bell” and its accompanying floral editions don’t yet have a confirmed release date but should be right around the corner through Nike’s website and select third-party retailers. Pricing is set at $115.
