Niecy Nash-Betts Goes Sky-high in Mirrored Louboutin Platform Sandals

Niecy Nash-Betts pushed the platform trend higher on Saturday night, wearing mirrored Christian Louboutin sandals with a black evening gown for the 2026 Human Rights Campaign Los Angeles Dinner. Nash-Betts acted as an honorary chair for the occasion, which she attended with wife Jessica Betts.

The “All’s Fair” star opted for the house’s Sandaloo Platform Sandals in a silver-mirrored finish. The open-toe platform style featured a curved front band, a sharply pitched arch, a slim ankle strap and a high closed back. A 130 mm-tall square block heel lifted the rear, while the signature red sole showed through the instep and under the platform. The silhouette is currently listed by the house in patent and smooth calf leather finishes, while mirrored-leather versions have retailed at $1,295 through luxury retailers.

Nash-Betts kept the rest of the look lean, wearing a fitted black gown with narrow straps, a sharply cut plunge neckline, curved cutouts at the bust and a long skirt with a back slit that revealed flashes of her silver platforms as she walked.

The style also placed her inside the recent platform run on red carpets. Kate Hudson’s white Alevì Milano Clio sandals, worn to the EE BAFTA Film Awards nominees’ party on Feb. 22, leaned more openly retro, with a cage-like upper, high stiletto heel and the brand’s pearl tucked into the sole. Rita Ora’s black D’Accori Belle at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party on March 16 went glossier and more theatrical, built around patent straps and an hourglass heel. Nash-Betts took the trend in a later direction, with her mirrored Christian Louboutin pair recalling shiny platform silhouettes that dominated the early 2010s trend cycle.
