Internet hyperpop darling Underscores is ready for her full-blown pop-star moment—as made abundantly clear in the music video for “Do It,” where she and a slew of backup dancers flash grins and rotate through dance moves that suggest a screaming crowd of fans is just offscreen, losing their minds. Consider that a prediction of what comes next when Underscores hits the road in support of U, their new album. Sure, it seems like they’re on tour more often than not these days, but also—it’s Wilco! Famously good live band Wilco! And if the 10,000 hour rule is to be believed, Jeff Tweedy and co. are as good as, if not better than, ever. After a spring jaunt across the southern United States, they’ll head to Massachusetts to headline two nights of their own Solid Sound Festival in June. Bring your dad or, better yet, embrace the dad within. —Walden Green
WU LYF
The recently reformed WU LYF is going on tour for the first time in 14 years. The indie rock quartet have already kicked off its European leg and will soon head Stateside for an additional slate of shows. But this is no mere reunion expedition—WU LYF will also be celebrating their first album in 15 years, A Wave That Will Never Break, out April 10. – Kiana Mickles
Zach Bryan
Zach Bryan is gunning for that indie cred. Among the openers set for With Heaven on Tour are golden-boy guitarist MJ Lenderman, alt-R&B innovator Dijon, and Alabama Shakes, who are mounting their comeback (see above) after nearly a decade. Then again, if you find yourself forgetting that Bryan is one of country music’s biggest stars, simply consult the run of dates, which began March 7 and runs all the way to October 10—more than half the calendar year. —Walden Green
