Antonio Marras, Intimissimi Owner Reports 4.8% Growth in 2025 Revenue

MILAN –Oniverse, formerly Gruppo Calzedonia, on Monday reported a 4.8 percent increase in 2025 revenues to 3.7 billion euros compared with 3.5 billion euros at the end of December 2024.

Exports amounted to 2.3 billion euros compared with 2.2 billion euros in 2024.

In December 2023, Gruppo Calzedonia took on the Oniverse moniker, reflecting the transformation of the Italian company from an innerwear and hosiery specialist to an international and diversified group that now spans from luxury fashion and the label Antonio Marras to bridal, food and wine.

In addition to Marras, it comprises the hosiery, innerwear and beachwear brands Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and Tezenis; cashmere specialist Falconeri; bridal label Atelier Emé; restaurant and wine chain Signorvino and producer and distributor Oniwines, and premium yacht-maker Cantiere del Pardo, the producer of the Grand Soleil, Pardo and Van Dutch yachts. Last year, the group rebranded Intimissimi Uomo as Iuman in a bid to differentiate the men’s category from the women’s.

In December, marking a new chapter in its 30-year history with a more sophisticated image, Intimissimi opened a store in Milan’s Via Montenapoleone.

At the time, in an interview, Matteo Veronesi, chief executive officer of the intimates brand, said that, despite the luxury location, there is no intention to alienate the loyal Intimissimi customer, as “maintaining an accessible and competitive price point remains key.”

Intimissimi’s cashmere boatneck top has a celebrity following that includes Bella Hadid, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Jennifer Lopez and Emily Ratajkowski, who was named Intimissimi’s U.S. brand ambassador in November 2024. Lopez in 2022 was named global ambassador for the brand, and has fronted campaigns promoting capsule collections.

During the year, Oniverse invested more than 350 million euros across its brands.

As of Dec. 31, the group had a total of 5,538 stores, of which 3,650 are outside Italy.

Oniverse is present in 59 countries and among the most significant investments in retail outside Italy, the group cited store openings in Mexico, the U.S. and Turkey.

As part of the Antonio Marras brand’s international expansion, the designer’s first flagship outside Italy opened in New York last July. Located in New York’s SoHo, at 121 Wooster Street in a 19th-century building, it covers more than 7,500 square feet, of which 4,300 square feet are dedicated to retail.

Since 2022 the brand has been part of Oniverse, founded and chaired by Sandro Veronesi, and its financial muscle has helped Marras develop a retail network.

During Milan Design Week last April, the brand unveiled the Ephemeral Store on Via Montenapoleone, with cuckoo clocks in the window at the entrance and the womenswear collection displayed in a room that is a replica of the Hall of Mirrors in the royal Palace of Versailles. Oniverse has so far opened Antonio Marras stores in Turin, Florence, Rome, Venice, Forte dei Marmi, Alghero, Verona, Porto Cervo and Bari. The brand was previously mainly distributed through the wholesale channel.

In September 2024, former Marni chief executive officer Barbara Calò was appointed to the same role at Antonio Marras as part of the new organization under Oniverse.

There are also 42 Signorvino stores, including two outside Italy. One is in Paris in Place Saint Michel, a few steps from the Notre-Dame Cathedral, the other is in Prague, Czech Republic, at the Westfield Chodov shopping center.

Oniwines brings together several wineries with the goal to enhance the Italian territory and traditions. Last year, Oniwines bought the storied Piedmontese winery Pico Maccario in Mombaruzzo, near Asti. Also, it inaugurated the wine estate Ert1050 in the Monte Baldo Park, in Trentino, in the Italian Alps.

Oniverse in 2025 opened a new production site in Forlì and a new hub in Marina di Ravenna for Cantiere del Pardo.
