Emma Stone Dons Sleek Aquazzura Sandals for Oscars Nominees Luncheon

Emma Stone maintained consistency in her footwear while attending the 98th Oscars Nominees Luncheon at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles on Tuesday. The “Bugonia” star, who is a fan of strappy minimalist sandals for red carpet appearances, continued that streak in Aquazzura‘s You and I 105 Sandal.

The You and I sandals are handcrafted in Italy from thin strips of black suede that create an elegantly curved shape over the vamp. The shoes feature two strips across the toes that overlap and are braided together at the center, creating a subtle crisscross knot. The heels have buckled ankle straps to secure the fit.

The sandals feature a 105mm stiletto heel that adds drama and a significant height boost to the look. The “You And I” sandals are currently sold out on the Aquazzura website, but were initially available in a range of colors and styles, including snakeskin and metallic silver, and retailed for $925. Stone has been spotted wearing Aquazzura over the years, and most recently wore the brand’s popular Love Affair Mesh pumps in brown while in New York in October.

For the luncheon on Tuesday, she paired the black sandals with a blazer-inspired Julie de Libran spring 2026 couture dress, also in black. The minidress featured a plunging neckline, long sleeves, a satin collar and satin pockets. She paired the look with barely-there, sheer black tights.

Stone is no stranger to the pre-Oscars luncheon. After earning a nomination in the Best Actress category this year for her role in “Bugonia,” a film she also produced, she holds the record as the youngest woman to earn seven Academy Award nominations, surpassing the mark previously held by Meryl Streep. Stone has also already won two acting Oscars for her lead roles in “La La Land” and “Poor Things.”
