C&C California has licensed Li & Fung Ltd. for women’s swimwear, sleepwear, loungewear and outerwear. The deal includes wholesale distribution rights across all channels including full-price, off-price and club retail channels.
The first collection will be shown at the holiday 2026 market and will include women’s swim separates, one-pieces and beachwear. Sleepwear will feature a full collection of separates, sets and robes while the outerwear offering will include everything from light windbreakers to puffers and parkas. The collection will feature sun-washed hues and a tailored, undone aesthetic consistent with C&C California’s heritage.
“We are honored to partner with C&C California, a brand known and loved by many generations, to bring three new categories to market that center on their signature quality, laid-back aesthetic and approachable West Coast lifestyle vibes,” said Mel Limoncelli, senior vice president, head of licensed brands for Li & Fung. “The category expansions remain true to a brand heritage rooted in ’70s West Coast culture, while also speaking to an endless summer moment through comfort, ease of wear and easy-care fabrics.”
The deal was facilitated by ACI Licensing which, together with Established.Lifestyle, owns the C&C brand.
Last year, Hong Kong-based Li & Fung partnered with Pendleton on its entry into the swimwear category.
