Ingredients
PEANUTTY CARAMEL CANDY COOKIE BARS
- 2 ½ cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- ⅓ cup zero calorie sweetener
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 Quest Peanutty Caramel Candy Bars, chopped
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, stir together the flours, sweetener, baking soda and salt.
- Add in the melted butter and whisked eggs and use a wood spoon to combine.
- Once a dough forms, fold in the candy pieces. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake thecookie bars for 25 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting into 16 bars and serving.
