The release of Emerald Fennell’s much-anticipated “Wuthering Heights” adaptation is finally within sight, and that means the press tour for the film starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi has shifted into full gear.
As seen at the Los Angeles premiere on Wednesday, the stars are already method dressing, getting into the Gothic romance of the story originally written by Emily Brontë. To go with her voluminous gold custom Vivienne Westwood gown, Charli XCX, who provides the soundtrack for the film, wore a unique pair of Christian Louboutin pumps. She modeled the Toufrou style featuring crepe organza and a bow embellishment, creating an overall romantic, distressed look.

Jacob Elordi, who plays Heathcliff in the film, went with a custom all-black suit from Bottega Veneta which he complemented with his go-to dress shoes from the brand. The slim lace-up shoes feature the label’s signature Intrecciato design, meaning the upper was woven. He reaches for these shoes often — he wore them to the Critics Choice Awards earlier in the month.

Cara Delevingne went for dark romance as well, wearing a two-toned purple Wiederhoeft spring 2024 dress featuring a satiny corset top and glittering skirt. Jimmy Choo shoes completed the ensemble, specifically the Afia Mesh 100 pump crafted from satin and ruched tulle in a matching Winter Bloom color. Details include a T-bar strap and teardrop crystal beads.

Hong Chau, who plays Nelly Dean in the film, wore an avant-garde Thom Browne fall 2025 look that blended patterns and materials, featuring a doll-like plaid-structured skirt, a gingham top layer, a striped tie, and, unexpectedly, a tiered tulle skirt in the back. The look was finished with sleek two-toned pointed-toe pumps in seafoam and white, featuring brogue detailing and a unique strap configuration.
