Ingredients

LOADED TACO JALAPENO POPPERS

  • 8 jalapenos, halved and seeded
  • ½ cup cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 bag Quest Loaded Taco Tortilla Chips, finely crushed
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch salt
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, separated
  • ¼ cup chives, chopped, separated

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese, crushed chips, cheddar cheese (reserving ¼ of the cheese for topping), garlic powder, salt, and ¾ of the chives (reserving ¼ of the chives for topping).
  2. Fill each cavity of the jalapenos with the mixture and top with remaining cheese and chives.
  3. Bake the jalapeno poppers for 20-25 minutes and serve immediately.
