Queen Letizia of Spain went for an elegant, pretty-in-pink look to attend the “50 Years Later: The Crown in the Transition to Democracy” event at the Spanish Parliament on Friday in Madrid. The royal is well-known for being a proud outfit re-wearer, and she stepped out in one of her go-to Magrit shoe designs.

Queen Letizia has built a tried-and-true wardrobe for herself over the years, assembling a collection of clothes and shoes from a handful of brands that she returns to over and over again for her many royal appearances. The queen understands the importance of personal style, and the Magrit Carlota Slingback pumps have become a part of her fashion identity.
This time, she slipped into her pink pair of the brand’s Carlota slingbacks, which are made from smooth napa leather. The shoes feature a fine pointed toe, with a short kitten heel measuring around four centimeters. The shoes are available in various colors, including nude, black, red and brown, and retail for approximately $335. The pink style is not currently featured on the website.

She paired the dainty heels with a matching pink Carolina Herrera look she wore last year. The ensemble is a custom design inspired by pieces from the brand’s fall 2024 collection. She wore a skirt suit, which featured a delicate embroidered jacket in slipper pink.
The tweed wool jacket featured long puff sleeves and exaggerated shoulders with intricate embroidered detailing along the front. The jacket is pulled together by classic hook-and-eye fastening. She paired the blazer with a matching tweed skirt that reached right below her knees.

Queen Letizia has previously worn the Magrit Carlota slingbacks in the light pink shade, as well as the tan version earlier this year to visit the College of Europe and the hot pink style for a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the FAD Youth Foundation in July.
Queen Letizia started wearing Magrit shoes as early as 2014. The Spanish luxury shoe brand was founded in 1929 and became known for its handcrafted women’s shoes, made in Elda, Spain. The royal varies her footwear style, going from heeled loafers with a suit to daintier heels all in the same week.
