Teyana Taylor wrapped herself in gold down to her shoes for this year’s Elle’s Women In Hollywood event. The singer arrived on the red carpet at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills on Monday wearing René Caovilla‘s popular wrap-around heels.

The “One Battle After Another” star has been on a roll, celebrating one of the most successful years of her career, and fresh off her first Grammy nomination, she walked into the event shining like a trophy in the luxury footwear brand’s Juniper sandals.
The Juniper sandal in gold is made with Tubogas snake-style chains. The wrap-around straps are made from golden links, connected to each other without welding, enveloping the ankle wrist in a delicate way. The leather style has copper snake-link chains that create the twisting silhouette with a coiled, python-style effect. The shoes feature a snake head at the end of the strap, which reaches right below the singer’s calves.

The high-shine metallic glow of the Juniper sandal brought more drama to Taylor’s already extravagant look. The shoe is a slip-on style and features a delicate round toe and a steep stiletto heel measuring around 4.1 inches. The Juniper sandals are available in shorter heel heights, and the brand offers the style in silver, gray, black, and gold. The actress’ style retails for $1,610 and is available on the website.
The shoes are a daintier choice for Taylor, who often reaches for powerful boots or towering platform heels like Marc Jacobs’ Kiki boot, which is among her favorite styles. But in this case, the more delicate René Caovilla sandals were the right fit for the event and to go with her look.

The “All’s Fair” star, who was styled by EJ King, wore a hooded gold Balmain gown to the celebration. The backless and sleeveless dress featured an ultra-low neckline, and a skirt that gathered around the hips, creating a ruching effect that was highlighted with a bold statement belt with a gold buckle to match the shoes.
The Elle Women in Hollywood Celebration honored prominent women in film and women’s contributions to the entertainment industry. Stars like Jennifer Aniston and Emily Blunt, Jessie Buckley, Jessica Alba, Regina Hall, Chase Infiniti, and more were in attendance.
