Week 11 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on and the action will wrap up on Monday night with a showdown featuring the Dallas Cowboys visiting the Las Vegas Raiders at 8:15 p.m. ET on ABC/ESPN.
The Cowboys are fresh off their bye week and were last seen falling to the Cardinals in a 27-17 Monday night matchup two weeks ago. This is a good time to check in on wide receiver Ryan Flournoy, who did make a notable contribution in their last game before the bye.
Below, we’ll go over Flournoy’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 11.
Fantasy Football analysis: Cowboys WR Ryan Flournoy
Flournoy caught two targets for 12 yards and the team’s only second-half touchdown in their loss to the Cards two weeks ago. It was the most significant contribution the second-year wideout had made to the offense in a month as he has only gotten a smattering of targets since his 114-yard outburst against the Jets back in early October.
It’s easy to get lost in the shuffle when you’re behind CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens in the pecking order and that’s been the case with Flournoy as he has just 10 combined targets over his last four outings. The upside for this week is that he’s going up against a Raiders defense that is yielding an average of 56.2 yards per game to opposing WR3’s, so there’s a chance that he can put together a quality outing at Allegiant Stadium on Monday.
Start. I’ll go bold and say that you should start Flournoy this week. The Cowboys need to hit the ground running if they want to climb back into the NFC playoff picture and lighting up a wretched Raiders team out of their bye could give them a jumpstart. I can see Flournoy seeing an uptick of targets from Dak Prescott in this one, so I’d take the risk of giving him a Flex nod for Monday night.
