Hello and welcome to the Week 10 waiver wire watch!
Another weekend of NFL action is mostly in the books and we’re just one primetime game away from being officially at the halfway point of the 2025 regular season. We still have the Monday night showdown between the Cardinals and Cowboys to get to, but it’s not too early to start looking for ways to fortify your rosters for next week.
We’ll go over some performers that you should consider scooping off the waiver wire ahead of Week 10 and as always, we’ll classify a waiver add as someone who is rostered in 60% of leagues at the max.
Week 10 byes: Cincinnati Bengals, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans
Michael Penix Jr., QB, Atlanta Falcons (17.0%)
A missed field goal late cost the Falcons in a 24-23 loss to the Patriots on Sunday and with three straight losses, their playoff hopes are starting to slip sway. But Penix at least had a solid effort in his return from a knee injury, throwing for 221 yards and three touchdowns to the tune of 22.7 fantasy points for the week. The second-year QB has started to settle in after an uneven start to the season, throwing for 712 yards, five touchdowns, and no interceptions over his last three starts.
Penix and the Falcons will go overseas next Sunday to battle the Colts in Germany, a must-win game for the young signal-caller. If you think that he can step up in this high-stakes situation, he’ll most likely be available on your waiver wire this week.
Week 10 matchup: vs. Indianapolis Colts, 9:30 a.m. ET (Berlin game)
Joe Flacco, QB, Cincinnati Bengals (45.6%)
Flacco-mania is running wild brother! The 40-year-old QB threw for a career-high 470 yards with four touchdowns and two picks against the Bears on Sunday, leading a frantic fourth-quarter comeback that seemingly secured a victory for Cincy. Unfortunately for him, his defense can’t stop anyone and immediately after his last-minute touchdown, they allowed Caleb Williams to hit Colston Loveland for a 58-yard go-ahead score to doom the Bengals to a 47-42 defeat. Brutal.
Still, the Super Bowl 47 MVP has been on point since arriving to Cincinnati last month and he’s correctly feeding Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins as much as possible. The Bengals are off on a bye this week, but it’d be worth stashing the veteran away if you need QB help for the second half of the season.
Week 10 matchup: Bye week
Brian Robinson Jr., RB, San Francisco 49ers (44.3%)
Hey look, it’s B-Rob! You remember that guy, right? Robinson finally had a noteworthy effort in the Niners’ 34-24 victory over the Giants, taking five carries for 53 yards and a touchdown. The fourth-year back has been firmly planted behind Christian McCaffrey since being traded to San Fran before the season and he might’ve earned himself some more touches with his day at MetLife Stadium.
Considering that 49ers players are continuing to drop like flies, it might not be a bad idea for Shanahan to give his backups some extra burn just in case.
Week 10 matchup: vs. Los Angeles Rams, 4:25 p.m. ET
Blake Corum, RB, Los Angeles Rams (9.6%)
The Rams returned from their bye week and made easy work of the lowly Saints in a 34-10 victory. Corum had himself a decent day on the ground with 13 carries for 58 yards and something that should be noted is that this marked the second straight game where’s he gotten 10+ touches in a game. The second-year back out of Michigan is still squarely behind Kyren Williams in the production department, but he’s getting enough work to be a strong handcuff option throughout the second half of the season. Keep him on your radars.
Week 10 matchup: @ San Francisco 49ers, 4:25 p.m. ET
Alec Pierce, WR, Indianapolis Colts (16.6%)
The Colts didn’t have their best day in a 27-20 loss to the Steelers, but they at least got a strong showing from Pierce, who caught a season-high six targets for 115 yards on Sunday. The fourth-year wideout has averaged 94 receiving yards a game over his last three outings and he’s starting to prove himself as more than an occasional big-play threat for the offense.
Pierce entered Week 9 ranked second in ADOT among receivers with at least 100 routes run this season and the combination of his explosive play ability and a higher target share could shoot him up the fantasy receiver board. Take note of his ascension.
Week 10 matchup: vs. Atlanta Falcons, 9:30 a.m. ET (Berlin game)
Romeo Doubs, WR, Green Bay Packers (55.8%)
Not many predicted the Packers dropping a sloppy 16-13 game to the Panthers in Week 9 and the NFC North race is suddenly a dogfight. Doubs at least did his part in the losing effort, hauling in seven of 10 targets for 91 yards on Sunday. The fourth-year receiver has been the most reliable wideout for Jordan Love this season and the Pack will need him even more with tight end Tucker Kraft tearing his ACL in the loss.
Doubs is one of a few top-30 fantasy wideouts that is still rostered in less than 60% of leagues, so this will most likely be the final week that you can possibly find him on your waiver wire. Grab him if you have the chance.
Week 10 matchup: vs. Philadelphia Eagles, 8:15 p.m. ET (Monday night)
Colston Loveland, TE, Chicago Bears (24.4%)
Loveland believers, you weren’t wrong…just early. The first-round rookie out of Michigan finally had the breakout game that Bears fans were looking for, going off for six receptions, 118 yards, and two touchdowns in their dramatic 47-42 win over the Bengals. It was his 58-yard touchdown that put the Bears over the top with just 17 seconds left on the board, bouncing off Cincinnati defenders to get the job done.
With Cole Kmet sustaining a concussion in the contest, Loveland may get a shot at some more targets in next Sunday’s matchup against the Giants. He’s going to be a hot commodity on the waiver wire this week, so submit your bids fast.
Week 10 matchup: vs. New York Giants, 1 p.m. ET
Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Cleveland Browns (52.3%)
The Browns were off on a bye this past week and there’s still an opportunity to submit a bid for Fannin ahead of next Sunday’s matchup against the Jets. The rookie out of Bowling Green has been light for the struggling Browns offense, entering Week 9 ranked in the top 10 among tight ends in both receptions (38) and receiving yards (352).
And that’s not even mentioning the fact that his veteran counterpart David Njoku has been involved in trade speculation, although it is unlikely the Browns will move him at the moment. Get your Fannin bids in now while he’s still a waiver option.
