Method
- Using your hands, break the donuts into small pieces and place them into a bowl. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mash the raspberries with the lemon juice, water and ½ teaspoon of liquid sweetener and set aside.
- Use a hand held mixer to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Stir in the remaining ½ teaspoon of sweetener.
- Grab 2 mini trifle glasses and assemble trifles by adding a layer of donut, raspberry and whipped cream.
- Serve and enjoy.
