On Tuesday, True Religion unveiled the launch of its 2025 holiday campaign, “Wrapped in True,” featuring the multihyphenate Grammy-winning Ciara.
As part of the new holiday campaign, the brand said the campaign is celebrating confidence and individuality — especially among women within the sports, fashion and pop culture landscape.
True Religion also tapped five other major women to feature in the campaign who are redefining multihyphenate success — model and real estate agent Nicole Anderson, former tennis player Ayan Broomfield, Detroit-based rapper Kash Doll, entrepreneur Mahogany Jones and content creator and activewear brand founder Alisah Washington.

“We couldn’t imagine a better partner for this campaign than Ciara, who embodies the essence of True Religion by inspiring others to own their presence, speak through style and lead with confidence,” said Kristen D’Arcy, chief marketing officer and head of digital growth at True Religion. “We also celebrate the other powerhouse women leading this campaign — the creators, entrepreneurs and athletes who unapologetically express themselves and use their platforms to embolden others, build community and drive culture forward.”
Michael Buckley, chief executive officer of True Religion, said the campaign underscores the momentum within the women’s market, which he said has grown by double digits in the last three years.
True Religion hosted a party to celebrate the launch of the campaign at the members-only club Crane Club on Tuesday evening with attendees including Ciara, Jordyn Woods, Queen Naija, Kash Doll, Mahogany Jones, Alisah Washington, Nicole Anderson and more.

In an interview, Ciara told WWD that teaming with True Religion felt “super natural,” noting that the brand sits within the center of culture — “I’ve always loved that they encourage people to show up as their real selves.”
“Being a multihyphenate means not letting anybody put you in one box,” Ciara continued. “This campaign celebrates women who hustle, who shine in every lane they choose and who don’t apologize for being powerful in more than one way. That’s the energy I live in.”
For her holiday season style, Ciara shared that she loves anything denim — especially flared jeans or fitted jeans with a statement jacket, or anything comfortable that allows her to move around and yet still feel stylish.

Moreover, she said she’s most looking forward to slowing down this year and spending time with family, given the fast-paced nature of her day-to-day life.
As for any Wilson family traditions, she said the family goes all in. “There’s usually a living room dance-off at some point because we can’t stay still when the music’s on. We love to play games like Uno, Monopoly [and] Connect 4; we make gingerbread houses with the kids, decorate the tree together, and we always take a moment to talk about what we’re grateful for. It’s fun, it’s loud and it’s full of love,” said Ciara, who is married to NFL quarterback Russell Wilson.
The new Wrapped in True campaign will be featured across digital, video, streaming audio, social, out-of-home advertisements and experiential activations. To continue to tap into the younger consumer market, True Religion will be making its drone show debut at major NCAA college football games this fall and will go on a college campus bus tour visiting universities across the country.
