Event partnership strengthens collaboration and innovation across the European UAS ecosystem
The Commercial UAV Forum, Europe’s newest conference dedicated to industrial drone innovation, has announced a partnership with the Joint European Drone Associations (JEDA) as an Event Partner for its inaugural edition. The event will take place April 22–23, 2026, at RAI Amsterdam.
Strengthening Europe’s Drone Ecosystem
As the leading umbrella organization representing national drone associations across Europe, JEDA will support the event’s mission to strengthen the commercial drone sector and foster collaboration across the European UAS ecosystem. With insight drawn from its network of 24 national associations in 22 countries, JEDA will help ensure that the event addresses the needs and priorities of the European drone industry—from safety and innovation to sustainable growth and harmonized regulation.
Founded in 2021, JEDA works closely with the European Commission, EASA, and other aviation authorities to promote policies that facilitate the safe integration of UAS into European airspace.
A Platform for Collaboration and Growth
“JEDA is proud to support Commercial UAV Forum as it brings together the diverse and growing community of professionals driving drone innovation across Europe,” said Julie Garland, President of JEDA. “The Forum offers a much-needed platform to connect industry, regulators, and end users, supporting progress and knowledge exchange across the European drone market with an emphasis on industrial drone usage.”
Lee Corkhill, Group Event Director at Diversified, welcomed the partnership, noting that it reinforces the event’s collaborative mission. “We are honoured to welcome JEDA as an Event Partner,” said Corkhill. “Their participation underscores the event’s commitment to collaboration and industry advancement. With JEDA’s support, Commercial UAV Forum 2026 will provide valuable opportunities for learning, partnership, and discovery.”
The European Stage for UAV Professionals
Commercial UAV Forum 2026 will gather drone professionals from across Europe for two days of education, networking, and technology discovery. The event will include conference sessions and a dynamic exhibition showcasing the latest innovations in UAS technology for sectors such as construction, energy, utilities, public safety, transportation, surveying and mapping, and port and maritime operations.
Organized by the team behind Commercial UAV Expo in the United States and presented by Commercial UAV News, the Forum extends the brand’s global reach by providing a focused venue for European professionals integrating and operating drones in industrial applications.
