Imagine Pamela Anderson‘s famous garden set inside a SoHo store in New York City. This is the vision for her minimal beauty brand Sonsie‘s upcoming pop-up, open to the public Saturday through Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
Powered by Shopify New York, the vegan skin care line’s first in-person shopping experience comes hot off the heels of its latest product release, the Adapt Cream, a $58 “2.5 percent adaptive tripeptide complex and 1.0 percent bacillus ferment blend” that supports hydration and skin regeneration.

Sonsie
A year after its founding, Anderson took the helm of Sonsie as co-owner in 2024, setting the tone right away with the debut of her first co-created product, the Cleansing Mousse. Made with the natural essences of rose hips, the cleanser, like most of the products she’s conceptualized since joining the team, was inspired by a facet of her own self care: her rose garden in Vancouver.
“When I started working with the Sonsie group, I really wanted to start applying my life lessons and things that I’ve learned along the way — accepting where you are on your beauty journey — and I just felt like the rose garden, for me, was a very grounding message, because I kind of rediscovered myself in the rose garden,” Anderson previously told WWD.

In addition to the existing product line, the Sonsie pop-up will give customers a chance to shop a brand-new item, the limited-edition Basic Balm in Sugar-dipped Rhubarb, priced at $22, which will be available online on Tuesday. The holiday flavor is an ode to one of Anderson’s earlier childhood memories of chowing down rhubarb sticks dipped in sugar straight from her garden. Transparent yet glossy, the finish is just as smooth as the taste promises to be. The original daily lip salve, formulated with “25% Bio-Based Squalane and 1% Hydrating Peptide Complex,” is already available on the Sonsie website.
