Revolve Teams With Los Angeles Lakers in First NBA Partnership

Revolve is stepping onto the court with the Los Angeles Lakers.

On Friday, the team announced a multiyear sponsorship with the California-based retailer — Revolve’s first partnership with the NBA

“We are honored that Revolve has selected the Lakers for its inaugural sponsorship of an NBA team and are thrilled to welcome the brand to the Lakers family,” said Jill Snodgrass, Los Angeles Lakers vice president of corporate partnerships. “Basketball exists beyond the court with influences throughout culture, and this collaboration recognizes the value of that intersection of sports and fashion.”

The partnership will deliver “engaging customer experiences” aimed at multigenerational audiences, with a particular focus on Millennial and Gen Z consumers.

Fans can expect to see the collaboration come to life this season through in-arena signage, co-branded social media content across Lakers and Laker Girls channels and influencer engagement.

Revolve said these activations would showcase its commitment to culture, highlighting the fashion retailer’s focus on immersive experiences and social-driven collaborations.

Revolve is proud to announce our sponsorship with the Los Angeles Lakers, uniting fashion and sports through a dynamic, multiseason experience,” said Michael Mente, cofounder and co-chief executive officer of the e-commerce company.

The partnership comes just one month after Revolve teamed with the not-for-profit organization Cotton Incorporated for its second pop-up — following last year’s debut in Dallas — bringing The Cotton Shop to Nashville

The activation spotlighted high-quality, sustainably sourced U.S. cotton and showcased how brands within Revolve’s portfolio interpret the material in distinctive ways. Some pieces were crafted entirely from cotton, while others incorporated innovative blends.

By aligning with both the NBA and Cotton Incorporated, Revolve is working to strengthen its connection with consumers through experiential and purpose-driven initiatives that bridge culture, fashion and community engagement.

“The [NBA partnership] celebrates our L.A. roots and reinforces Revolve’s position at the center of culture as a leader in fashion retail dedicated to creating engaging experiences for our community,” Mente said. Aissa Gerona, chief brand officer at Revolve, added that the company is “evolving to really come to different places and see the opportunity for potential long-term, permanent physical retail spaces.”
