Florentina Leitner Spring 2026 Ready to Wear, Fashion Show & Collection Review

Florentina Leitner is in the mood for love — the messy, heartbreaking kind.

At an underground space in Paris, models walked out between two old cars as if they were teenage girls trying to sneak out of the house in the middle of the night via the garage for a night out with the new boy on the block.

The collection served as a nostalgic mashup of Avril Lavigne’s top hit “Girlfriend,” Harmony Korine’s cult films “Gummo” and “Spring Breakers,” and Japanese Shōjo manga, meaning girls’ comics from the early 2000s, such as the uber-fashionable “Nana.”

There were the hot girls in printed bikinis, checkered sultry school uniforms, polka dot peddle pushers, and a big skirt in acid green. Then came the skater girls in androgynous sequined polo dresses, studded jeans, shorts with a giant bow at the back, and bunny-ear hoodies.

The spring lineup also featured a collaboration with Paul Frank for a range of t-shirts, flip-flops, and skateboards, as well as a candy-like jewelry range co-developed with Melted Potato from Taiwan, featuring giant hoop earrings and metallic floral pendants.
