Bella Hadid has been leading the charge when it comes to the latest sneaker craze, the popular ballerina sneaker, and so far, Vivaia has been her brand of choice.
Hadid was spotted in Los Angeles on Tuesday wearing a pair from Vivaia’s most recent launch. She wore the footwear brand’s new Yancy Jogger Re-Nylon Sneakerina, which retails for $159, in white smokey gray.

She went for a full white ensemble, pairing baggy denim white jeans, a matching jacket and a small bralette with the sneakers. The shoe is part of the brand’s fall 2025 collection and were designed around this season’s biggest trends, which include slim profiles with thin, low-profile soles, and barefoot-like comfort.
The new Yancy delivers a fresh evolution of the Sneakerina by blending featherlight ballerina grace and the nostalgia of 1970s sneakers. Sculpted in lightly padded recycled nylon, the Yancy is light, flexible, thanks to its low-profile sole. As an update to the brand’s Cristina sneaker, the outsole is softer and more resilient due to an extra layer of midsole cushioning.
The Yancy offers arch support and a gentle rebound, and are also machine-washable and easy to pack, thanks to their ultra-bendable design. The shoes are made from a triple sole construction with an EVA midsole and an elasticized heel for a frictionless, blister-free fit, and recycled re-nylon upper with a soft structured feel suede integrated insole. The shoe features a sportier round toe design, a flat heel measuring one centimeter, and comes with two lace styles.
Hadid appears to be a fan of the brand and this is her third time wearing shoes from its Sneakerina collection this year. She previously wore the Cristina Lace-Up Satin Ballet Sneakerina in light gold and the same pair in black, which both retail for $159.

Viviaia shared that their Sneakerina series has reportedly sold more than 15,000 pairs since launching in February, after other stars like Amelia Gray, I-dle’s Shuhua, Charli XCX and Hadid were spotted wearing the shoes.
The Sneakerina and ballet sneaker trend has been brewing for quite some time with big name brands joining in on the fun. Adidas and Bad Bunny released the Ballerina sneaker earlier this year, while Puma redesigned two of its recent retro hits, the Mostro and Speedcat, in the style of ballet flats. Crocs also debuted the Terre Ballet Core, while luxury designers like Louis Vuitton released their own versions.
