Zoe Saldaña went Gothic on the 2025 BAFTAs red carpet at London’s Royal Festival Hall on Sunday.
The actress, who won Best Supporting Actress for her role in “Emilia Pérez,” wore a black sheer lace gown from Saint Laurent, styled by Petra Flannery. The dress featured a dramatic collar, which fanned out around Saldaña to reveal her décolleté.
The French label co-produced “Emilia Pérez,” and many of the film’s costumes came from creative director Anthony Vaccarello’s archives.

In keeping, the brand has dressed Saldaña for some of the biggest red carpet moments. At the 2025 Critics Choice Awards, she sported a red-hot backless dress from the brand. She opted for Saint Laurent again at the Golden Globes, where she wore a sequined dress with a plunging neckline and billowing cape. And at the film’s Los Angeles premiere, Saldaña sported a dramatic strapless gown. The dress featured a voluminous fuchsia bodice, which sat atop a slim-fitting black skirt with pockets.
But Saldaña has also stepped out in other high fashion labels to promote her most recent film. On Feb. 13, she turned the Santa Barbara International Film Festival into a glamorous family affair, arriving with her three sons in tow. She wore a jazzy sequined Thom Browne dress, pairing black pointed-toe heels and Yeprem jewelry with her look. Her sons wore snappy child-sized suits.

Two days before, she made an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” wearing an edgy black faux leather Sportmax sheath dress. Christian Louboutin resort 2025 pointed-toe heels with an ornate heel accessorized her outfit. For the London Film Critics’ Circle Awards on Feb. 3, she wore a dress from Maison Margiela‘s Artisanal couture fall 2022 collection.
It seems that Saldaña’s promotional tour has paid off: the film also scooped Best Film Not in the English Language at the BAFTAs, in addition to winning the Jury Prize at Cannes Film Festival.
