CAA has signed Pritika Swarup. The Hollywood talent agency represents the model in areas that include fashion, digital media, talent business ventures, scripted television and philanthropy.
Swarup has appeared in publications including Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, L’Officiel and Numero. She has modeled in campaigns for Ralph Lauren, Intimissimi, Escada, Prabal Gurung, Estée Lauder, Athleta and Fenty Beauty, among others.
“I’ve always pursued my passions across entrepreneurship, fashion, philanthropy, television, education and finance, and CAA’s divisions and capabilities provide the perfect platform to expand and grow in all these areas,” Swarup told WWD in a statement. “I’m looking forward to building upon my career, and exploring new opportunities together.”
Outside of modeling, Swarup is the founder and chief executive officer of Prakti Beauty, a skin care line sold at Credo Beauty that’s inspired by her Indian roots. She is also a global ambassador of Operation Smile, a nonprofit medical service organization offering free surgeries to children suffering from a cleft lip or palate.
Swarup continues to be represented by attorney John Giordano and Full Picture for public relations.
She joins a roster of CAA clients that most recently welcomed “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story” actor Nicholas Alexander Chavez; Academy Award-winning director Justine Triet of “Anatomy of a Fall”; Academy and BAFTA Award-winning actress Tilda Swinton; Tony Award nominee and “Challengers” actor Mike Faist; comedian and Emmy Award-winning actor J.B. Smoove; singer and TV personality Nicole Scherzinger; “The Vampire Diaries” co-creator Julie Plec; filmmaker Margaret Zhang, and Academy Award nominee John C. Reilly.
