Week 10 fantasy football rankings: Top 36 quarterbacks including injury news and sleepers

Welcome to Week 10 of the NFL season! Week 9 is in the books and we got to see our first Top 10 finish from Patrick Mahomes! That doesn’t help anyone who drafted him early, but it does help give us more fantasy options overall. Oh, and Daniel Jones finished as QB5 on the week just to remind you that it’s impossible to be 100% correct in your projections.

For the season, only Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield have topped 200 fantasy points, while Derrick Henry is the only running back to top 200 fantasy points in PPR leagues. The Ravens have two 200 fantasy point players through nine games! And Zay Flowers has been going off as well, ranking as WR9 on the season, while Mark Andrews has clawed up into the Top 12 at the tight end position. And all of those fantasy points are facilitated by the diverse weapons Jackson brings to the table each week. He’s my MVP at this point by a wide margin.

Week 10 quarterback injuries

Dak Prescott, Cowboys

Prescott injured his hamstring in Week 9 and will be put on I.R., giving him at least four games on the bench to heal. Cooper Rush is set to replace him. Rush is competent enough to keep CeeDee Lamb as a must start, but after Lamb, we’ll be looking at their offensive players on a case by case basis.

Caleb Williams, Bears

Williams hurt his ankle late in a blowout loss last week, but appears to be okay. There is a chance he doesn’t play this week, but as it is now he appears to be leaning toward being available.

Will Levis, Titans

Levis missed another game with his shoulder injury and Mason Rudolph actually helped them to a win last week. Maybe they stick with Rudolph, but at this point, they probably still want to get more looks at Levis before completely giving up on him.

Andy Dalton, Panthers

Dalton’s hand appears to be fine, but Bryce Young just got a win against the Saints and didn’t look overwhelmed. The team could go back to Young for their Week 10 against the Giants overseas.

Week 10 quarterback sleepers

Sam Darnold, Vikings vs. Jaguars

Playing any quarterback against the Jaguars this season has been fruitful for fantasy. We’ve seen numerous signal callers have their best fantasy games against them, like Caleb Williams, C.J. Stroud, and Joe Flacco, while Jalen Hurts, Josh Allen, and Drake Maye put up their second highest finishes.

Darnold has been shakier of late, but we’ve seen him put up strong numbers this season and he has his full set of pass catchers healthy and ready to go at home.

Brock Purdy, 49ers vs. Buccaneers

The 49ers are coming off their bye to take on a Buccaneers team that just lost a tough game to the Chiefs on Monday night. Tampa Bay also just gave Patrick Mahomes his best fantasy game of the year and overall they rank last in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. The Bucs have given up 17 passing touchdowns to two interceptions over their last five games. This should be an easy win for the 49ers and Purdy should grab a nice chunk of the fantasy points that come out of this matchup.
