After her years-long relationship with Gucci, Billie EIlish has been developing very successful relationships with American designers. One such example is this Goth-friendly Thom Browne ensemble, which doesn’t follow rules and sets new beauty standards on the red carpet. 

Colman Domingo at Critics Choice: B+

Domingo is not only a movie star — he’s also quickly becoming a fashion star, too. This is the ultimate definition of successful creative black tie. The mustard suit is a 1970s tuxedo favorite, and when you mix it with the light blue shirt, it gives it continental sex appeal. Although the gold metallic boots are giving a Liberace vibe, the result is still fun and playful. 

Joan Collins at 75th Emmys: A-

Joan Collins is an icon, and this silver metallic gown with a built-in cape is giving Old Hollywood goddess. The chandelier diamond earring and strong lip seal the deal. We need Alexis Carrington back in our lives.

Ayo Edebiri at 75th Emmys: A

This is the look of a fashion insider: a leather strapless accordion-skirt dress, the single strand diamond necklace, bob haircut and no-makeup makeup. It’s the ideal combination for a super cool and edgy red carpet win. 

Michael Zegen at Critics Choice: D

The foam green tuxedo jacket with contrasting black lapels paired with an ultra-thin pant is giving the wrong side of ’70s. We’d really love to forget this. 

Sarah Snook at Critics Choice: C-

Is this the uniform of a strict headmistress of a nunnery? The only thing missing is the chunky boot and the keychain. 

Calista Flockhart at 75th Emmys: D

The sequined blue-bib tuxedo shirt reference mixed with the ’80s prom ruffle and midlength come together to make a very unflattering design for her. The soft waves of the hair don’t match the dress at all, also. 

Charlie Puth at 75th Emmys: F

Doctor, is it terminal?! The lab coat can only yield a bad diagnosis for Puth. The black embellished camp shirt and billowing white pant are the last nail in the fashion coffin.
