Chinese State-Backed Firm’s Two-Ton Cargo Drone Takes to the Sky – sUAS News

China keeps pushing forward with the development of large cargo carrying RPAS, this one, nameless at the minute flew over the weekend, made by state-funded Sichuan Tengden Sci-tech Innovation Co.

The aircraft, boasts a payload capacity of 2 metric tons, and successfully completed a 20-minute test run in southwestern Sichuan province. It has a wingspan of 16.1 meters and a height of 4.6 meters.

Watch out for China dominating this market as well as the sUAS world. Keep those small regional airfields open, deliveries are coming.
