Thanksgiving is about family and gratitude. This budget-friendly, easy stuffing recipe keeps the focus on what really matters. It’s quick to throw together, uses simple pantry staples, and saves you time for what counts, family, friends, and second helpings.
- Cook the Veggies: Preheat the oven to 400°F and spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large skillet, add the butter and melt it over medium heat. Add the diced onions and diced celery. Cook until soft, about 6-7 minutes.
- Combine: Add the boxed stuffing, bread crumbs, chicken broth, and cooked veggies, then stir to combine.
- Bake: Transfer the stuffing mixture to the prepared dish, then cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
